This
is a sample FlashHelp
project in a FlashHelp output.
It is a brief demonstration of what can be done using any topic that you
choose.
User Interface:
A Topic Frame appears (on the left-side of the screen) for navigating through the project.
Contents, Index, Search, and Print buttons appear (as a Gear or Blocks) in the top frame (left-side).
A Search Input field, Search button, and the phrase "Powered by: RoboHelp®" appear in the top frame (right-side).
Instructions:
When you are ready to begin:
Click on the title "About Kites" (in the left, topic frame) to expand the topics.
Then click on the topic titled "What are Kites? A general overview...".
You will notice that the "Next Topic" arrow (underneath the "Contents" button ) illuminates.
Repeatedly click on the "Next Topic " or "Previous Topic" arrows to navigate through the topics .
By using the arrows you will be in the Browse sequence for this project.
Alternately, you can opt to browse on your own:
Single-click on the Book titled "About Kites" to open the book and expand the topics.
Then single-click on any topic (identified by the Question Mark Icon ) to view the information regarding that topic.
Tips:
Text appearing in blue can be clicked to show an expanded text definition of that word or phrase.
Enter the word "Videos" (or some other word) in any Search Input field and press on the Arrow button to Go Search.
Click on the Gear or Blocks at the top, left of the page (Contents, Index, Search, Print).
Enter a word in any Search Input field and press on the Arrow button.
Click on the Powered by: RoboHelp® phrase.
Feel free to "click around" and get acquainted with the structure of this type of help project
Check out the functionality of all the buttons.
Once this project is set up properly, your user has click-access to all information the is contained within it. You could present any type of product, company, or application information on any subject. Sound and pictures can be added to provide a richer user experience and the interface appearance can also be changed.
